Welcome to the family Abi, 3-week Backpacking + Canoeing course, Homeplace Basecamp Graduate
"I think the best way to describe Outward Bound is this: A challenge, a mission, to do anything that comes your way. No matter how hard it might be, you are strong. You can do this. And most importantly there are people there to support you no matter what."

A core element of each Outward Bound course is Reflection. By taking the time and space to examine our actions, roles, and relationships we can become more self-aware and considerate of our communities and the natural world at large. Take some time today for your personal reflection and appreciation.
