Greetings VOBSters, Well it's February... where did January go? While we don't know how time can sometimes go by so quickly, what we do know is that our 2021 has started off with a bang!
We've kicked off our season and are thrilled to welcome students back to course. Whether it's on expedition in Minnesota and Texas or
through our virtual programming, after a year like 2020, it feels good to have students in the "field."
We look forward to what's in store for 2021 and we thank you for being part of our crew!
Though some of us are thrilled, while others are not, that Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow, we do adore Groundhogs Day
James Baldwin's incredible record collection via this incredible Spotify playlist.
UPCOMING 2021 COURSES
In 2021, we are unwilling to settle for less than Outward Bound.
With tried and tested COVID-19 Health and Safety Practices in place for all expeditions, we are both equipped and prepared to change lives this season, and this year. Our students will discover potential and learn to lead in a world that needs confident, compassionate citizens.
Intentionally focused on character development, personal leadership, self-awareness and accountability, this expedition is designed to cultivate confident and compassionate young adults. Learn to take risks, take ownership for your actions and identify your own strengths–all amidst the stunning Minnesota wilderness. Discover your strengths and develop skills that will shape your future on this 30-day canoeing and backpacking expedition.
VOBS strives to serve every student, regardless of income. By making a donation today, you help make it possible for everyone to experience Outward Bound. Your donation helps young teens working on rebuilding their family relationships, veterans looking to find success beyond the military, and adults on the precipice of their next life stage. A gift to VOBS is just one way to demonstrate the lasting value of this experience. Thank you!
